My name is Jenny Gallagher and I am a wellness coach and yoga teacher that has created a method, or path, that you can follow as you reconnect with and achieve your desires.

I have done so because there is a chronic lack of wellbeing in our society. Many of you are living with extreme stress because of work, relationships, finances and/or health issues. You probably work too much and play too little, and may even feel sad or misunderstood. At this point you may have even forgotten you once had dreams.

The forthcoming books that will make up the Yen Path series and my current blog are designed to offer you guidance as you reconnect with what brings you joy and happiness. My goal is to help you to reduce stress and dissatisfaction, and to increase clarity and motivation so you can improve your quality of life.

Your path may start as an inward journey; one of contemplating and visualizing possibilities. With so much external stimuli competing for your attention the inward path is one rarely traveled; and this leads to true happiness & wellbeing. And by simply changing your thoughts you will change your life. If your path does include a desire to make life improvements then you will have the tools to get started.

My vision is success and wellbeing for those who desire it and my purpose is to encourage and foster positive thought and action. My reason for writing this book is to offer a framework for positive change. This is an exciting time; like you, many people are ready to discover and move towards their desires.

Since this is a journey and not a race, there is no need to rush. Simply relax and enjoy. This is your path to wellbeing.
